Postpartum Doula Packages

Below is a list of services included in my basic packages for day and night postpartum doula support. Discounts available for regular or extended support needs.

Tailoring each visit to your changing daily needs is essential — I thrive on supporting the delicate process of postpartum recovery, adapting as your needs evolve. At the start of each 2-4 hour visit, we’ll check in to make sure my focus is right where you need it.

housekeeping and laundry

Cleaning common spaces, tackling areas that might feel overwhelming, organizing, changing sheets, handling family laundry, including folding.

infant care guidance and feeding support

I’ll help you build confidence around infant care and feeding and can step in to provide care when you need a rest.

grocery pickup and cooking

I will pick up groceries at the start of a visit or make use of what you have on hand to meal prep healthy snacks and prepare warm meals.

During these 8-hour overnight visits, you’ll get the rest you need while your baby is in experienced hands.

infant care

I can handle all your baby’s care upon arrival, which can include bathing, and I’ll work within the routines you have established to keep your little one settled throughout the night.

feeding support

If nursing, I’ll quietly bring your baby to you for feedings and handle burping, diaper changes, and resettling afterward — if formula feeding, I’ll prepare and clean bottles while keeping track of waking and feedings.

housekeeping and laundry

I’ll tidy and lightly clean common spaces in your home when time allows, as well as manage family laundry, so you wake up to a cleaner slate than when you went to sleep.

Investment

The Oregon Health Plan (OHP) fully covers my birth doula package.

I offer the green bottle method sliding scale payment option to those who need it.

  • $1,500

    OHP covers this package in it’s entirety with no out-of-pocket cost to you. Please reach out for information on flexible payment plans if your insurance does not cover my services.

  • $35/hr

    OHP covers up to 6 postpartum visits after birth doula services are rendered.

    Discounts available for extended contracts.
